There’s a study of the global market behind each TORRESAN GIOIELLI piece of jewelry. Each one of these then materializes through handmade drafts. We use high-tech to carry out 3D designs. As for our artisan collections, new pieces take shape directly from our artisans’ capable hands.
TO THE MANUFACTURING
From concept to jewel with over 30 years of experience. The two partners Maurizio and Denis Torresan managed to perfect production techniques, thanks to what they learnt autonomously. Now we share this passion and this professional development with our partners and coworkers.
1. CASTING STAGE
Each piece of jewelry comes from the casting stage.
The gold smelting process involves heating up solid gold until it gets liquid, so that it’s possible to model it into different shapes. The molten gold is later poured into molds, made solid and then worked to produce jewelry and art objects.
We put effort into creating the most refined jewelry and here we offer varieties of gold: 9, 14, 18 and 21 karat.
2. ASSEMBLY AND WELDING
Through the casting process we get the semifinished products, which our talented artisans later assemble and weld together to obtain the final piece of jewelry. During this phase, the production is different according to our jewelry selection, which includes the most classic and artisan jewels but also those that are more avantgarde. The former require micro-flame welding, while the latter need laser welding and thus guarantee a flawless outcome.
3. STAMPING AND POLISHING
Every single Torresan piece of jewelry is marked with our logo and fineness (9-14-18-21 Kt) during the stamping stage. Furthermore, all jewelry is marked with the writing “Italy”, to guarantee the authenticity of the Italian manufacturing.
The jewelry later goes through an accurate polishing process, in which particular brushes and pastes are used according to the product’s surface. We pay special attention to the slightest detail of the object, making sure that each piece of jewelry is perfectly finished and ready to amaze our customers.
4. QUALITY CONTROL
The last crucial step in our jewelry production is quality control. Our collaborators care a lot about this phase and want to make sure that each piece of jewelry is perfectly finished and ready to meet our customers’ expectations. We stand out for aiming at perfection and gratifying our customers.
