Quality in the company
The Management considers that Quality, understood as the ability to meet the expectations of the Customer, is the main factor of success, intends to pursue a modern management of the company organization, aiming at an optimal use of resources.
In particular, it considers the following general priority objectives as the mission of its company:

"Always maintain a high level of satisfaction of stakeholders, especially their customers and partners"

"Carry out each evaluation on the basis of objective evidence and in compliance with the rules and regulations in force"

"Facilitate the participatory and sharing process of its stakeholders, primarily employees and collaborators"

The company shall prepare appropriate plans and actions to achieve the above strategic objectives.

The Quality Policy is implemented daily by all the staff and under the constant attention and supervision of the Management.

The Management, taking into account the internal and external factors relevant for its purposes, implements the following strategies that influence the ability to achieve the expected results for its quality management system.

• Continuously review the Quality Policy, setting goals for improvement and growth, and ensuring that everyone understands its contents;
• Pay the utmost attention to the identification and satisfaction of personnel needs;
• To guarantee a constant action of valorization, motivation and professional growth of the persons;
• Continuously improve the image of responsible and efficient company;
• Ensure the availability of professionalism always adapted to the needs of stakeholders and the market;
• Continuously improve the quality of company management and products offered.
This policy also contains the ethical principles that inspire and the rules of conduct that the company in its entirety sets itself to respect and put at the center of every choice.

Ethics in Business:
Torresan Gioielli bases its business relations with its interlocutors on principles of loyalty, fairness, transparency, efficiency and openness to the market.
The activities carried out by the company are carried out with commitment and professional rigor, acting in order to protect prestige and reputation. The business objectives, the projects, the investments implemented and the improvement actions undertaken, are aimed at developing in the long term the company’s value and know-how as well as increasing the trust of all stakeholders towards Torresan Gioielli. For this purpose, the Management undertakes to:
• carry out and conduct the business in full compliance with ethical standards, ensuring integrity, transparency and compliance with applicable laws;
• do not practice corruption;
• not to tolerate money laundering and/or financing of terrorist activities;
• make known in full and in detail the characteristics of the products sold;
• take appropriate measures to ensure the integrity and safety of product shipments.

The rights of man:
Following a model of Social Responsibility, the Management has adopted a corporate culture inspired by socially correct behaviour towards workers, with particular reference to the following principles:
• child labour
• forced or forced labour
• health and safety
• freedom of association and right to collective bargaining
• discrimination
• disciplinary practices
• working time
• remuneration

Torresan Gioielli has considered it right to comply with the following principles, not only to concretely testify the duty to respect the human rights of workers in every type of process and organization, but also to be promoter with its partners:
• respect for fundamental human rights and the dignity of the individual, according to the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights;
• no recourse to child labour;
• no recourse to any form of forced labour, on security, under contract, or to prisoners, and no restriction on the freedom of movement of employees and subordinate employees;
• guarantee of high health and safety standards in the premises and in the activity;
• no obstacles to the free association of workers;
• no tolerance for racial discrimination, ethnicity, caste, country of origin, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, union membership, pregnancy, political affiliation, marital status, physical appearance, age or other restriction not allowed in the workplace, so that all persons "Fit for work" are granted equal opportunities without discrimination on factors unrelated to their ability to perform the intended task;
• no practice of corporal punishment under any circumstances and degrading treatment, harassment, abuse, coercion or intimidation in any form;
• compliance with current legislation on working time and pay;
• commitment to supporting community development, contributing to the economic and social welfare of the territory;
• commitment to support the ethical regulations of the goldsmith industry and to support the steps that our customers and suppliers take in managing environmental and social issues related to the production and distribution of gold products.   

More generally, Torresan Gioielli’s business procedures ensure a high level of ethical conduct, including compliance with local laws wherever the company maintains business relationships and promoting core values such as honesty and integrity.

Protection of the environment:

Torresan Gioielli identifies and evaluates all environmental risks deriving from the development of the activity, particularly significant environmental impacts and opportunities to improve the fulfillment of environmental protection. 

Checks and surveys are regularly carried out to minimise and reduce identified environmental risks and significant impacts, through:

• the commitment to carry out the activity in an environmentally responsible manner;

• correct management of the environmental impact of the activity by eliminating or minimizing negative effects;

• the guarantee of environmental efficiency in the activity.
